We have a major update being released tomorrow on our blog site regarding MAP 2.0. Right now we want to inform everyone of our upcoming downtime.
MAP 1.0 and our support desk will go offline tomorrow at 5PM UK time. We will remain offline for the entire weekend while all data transfers over to MAP 2.0. On Monday we will be testing our systems in an offline environment to ensure all data transferred successfully and to make any final necessary adjustments. Then on Tuesday the 5th of April at 9AM UK time, MAP 2.0 will come online, barring any delays.
So there will be no website at all from 5PM Friday until Tuesday at 9AM UK time. This is necessary downtime to ensure all systems are GO!
Our profit share will begin to slow down from now until tomorrow as we dont need hundreds of withdrawals to deal with. Everything will be turned back on full blast upon relaunch.

MAP 1.0 und unser Support-Desk werden um 17:00 Uhr UK-Zeit offline gehen.
Wir werden für das ganze Wochenende offline bleiben während sämtliche Datentransfers zu MAP 2.0 vorgenommen werden. The long anticipated and patiently awaited release of our new platform is scheduled for Tuesday, April 5th at 9:00 AM UK time! Here’s how its going to go down. MAP 1.0 is now offline and put to rest…RIP! Over the weekend we will be transferring all 1.0 data to the new 2.0 platform. VX will be going offline and relaunch on the same schedule as stated above. If there are any delays, please watch for them on this blog.

This is a brand new site that is going to have thousands of affiliates logging in at the same time. PLEASE know that there are going to be errors as it always happens with new software no matter how much testing you do. So we ask you to please submit a support ticket to the category “Website Bugs/Errors”. Our team of programmers will be standing by to tackle new problems as they arise. We have been testing now for almost two months so we hope errors are kept to a minimum. But PLEASE be patient with us!
There have been some changes with 2.0 and we will outline those below;
Memberships are now sold on a monthly basis. Your referral commission percentage is no longer attached to whichever membership you have. The only thing which determines which membership you should purchase is the number of Active Credit Packs you have. Everyone will receive 10/5% referral commissions across the board! What this means is that everyone will receive 10% commissions on external purchases (through processor) and purchases made with Account Balance funds will award the sponsor with 5% commission.
The site is absolutely free to join and zero cost to those with less than 14 credit packs which means its much easier to get interested parties started!
If you purchased a Membership within the last 30 days, you will get 30 days free with 2.0. Otherwise, you will have to purchase a Membership upon login to start earning profit share.
MAX CP’s are now 1000. Along with this change, the price is €49.99 and they return €55 over time (based on profits of course). You get to keep 100% of your referral commissions and PS earnings as there is no longer a 5% deduction for Adfund! The product remains unchanged for now. So for those of you with 1200, you will have to let your CP’s expire down to 1000 and withdraw your earnings!
As mentioned above, the Adfund balance program is terminated in 2.0. Any Adfunds will be gone upon launch.
Per new bank requirements, there will be a 30 day hold on new earnings, profit share or commissions, before they can be withdrawn. As 30 days passes by, those funds will be released into an Available Account Balance. However, you will be able to use those funds to purchase products whenever you like. This 30 day hold protects us from refunds and the like and is a non-negotiable term of the processing banks. So existing members will have three balances> 1) USD Balance > This can be withdrawn OR used to purchase product. If you purchase product, your funds will be exchanged to EURO during the checkout process at our bank rate. 2) Euro ON HOLD Balance> This is where earned Profit Share or Commissions will reside for 30 days on hold. You can make purchases with this money but not withdrawals. 3) Available Euro Balance> These are funds that have been released (held for 30 days) and are available for withdrawal.
Banner advertising is sold on a PPC (pay per click) basis and we have internal fraud mechanisms that know when the click is fake so you will only be charged for real clicks. GEO targeting for banners is now available!
We now have an Internal Support System and all new support requests will be handled internally and attached to your MAP profile.

You can now legally bring on up to two members of the same household without having to worry about having your account terminated. There will be a family signup link in your backoffice. When they sign up via this link, they will go under you and their purchases will not pay commissions, but they will receive profit share. This ensures there is no referral commission fraud (stacking) and ensures your account remains in good standing with us. Anyone currently violating our referral policy will be caught in the new system!
You can, for a yet undetermined amount of time still withdraw USD from your account. As the USD is released from our banks, USD accounts will be settled. You will also be able to make purchases with your USD. At checkout, it will be converted into Euro at our bank rate.
Old USD credit packs will expire at the normal USD numbers while newly purchased Euro credit packs will expire at €55.

This Affiliate Agreement (“Agreement”) contains the complete terms and conditions between us, MyAdvertisingPays.com, and you, regarding your application to participate as an affiliate of MyAdvertisingPays.com (“Affiliate”).
BY SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION TO JOIN OR BY PARTICIPATING IN THE MyAdvertisingPays.com AFFILIATE PROGRAM, YOU ARE CONFIRMING THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
“You”, “Your”, “Affiliate(s)”, “Member(s)” – the business, individual or entity applying for participation in the MyAdvertisingPays.com Affiliate Program, or that displays Our products, services and/or promotions on its website and/or through offline representation through the affiliate tracking code in exchange for receiving remuneration from MyAdvertisingPays.com for sales resulting from such display.
“MyAdvertisingPays.com Products and Services” – credit packs and related products and services that are available for purchase through MyAdvertisingPays.com.
“Commission Fees” or “Commissions” – Under the Affiliate Program, subject to the terms hereof, you will be paid a Commission Fee for each Qualified Purchase by a Referred Customer that you refer to MyAdvertisingPays.com under and in accordance with this Agreement.
“Qualified Purchase” – a sale of MyAdvertisingPays.com Products and Services by MyAdvertisingPays.com, to a Referred Customer which meets the criteria set forth in the sections below.

Initial Representations & Warranties:

The execution, delivery, and performance by You of this Agreement and the consummation by You of the transactions contemplated hereby will not, with or without the giving of notice, the lapse of time, or both, conflict with or violate (i) any provision of law, rule, or regulation to which You are subject, (ii) any order, judgment, or decree applicable to You or binding upon Your assets or properties, (iii) any provision of Your by-laws or certificate of incorporation, or (iv) any agreement or other instrument applicable to You or binding upon Your assets or properties.
No consent, approval, or authorization of, or exemption by, or filing with, any governmental authority or any third party is required to be obtained or made by You in connection with the execution, delivery, and performance of this Agreement or the taking by You of any other action contemplated hereby.
There is no pending or, to the best of Your knowledge, threatened claim, action, or proceeding against You, or any Referred Customer of Yours, with respect to the execution, delivery, or consummation of this Agreement, and, to the best of Your knowledge, there is no basis for any such claim, action, or proceeding.
During the term of the Agreement, You will not include in Your site content that is, in Our opinion, unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, harassing, racially, ethically, or otherwise objectionable or are in violation of Our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
You are at least sixteen (16) years of age.
You agree to and must use your own name and email address in the sign-up process and may not assume a false identity. You may not sign-up multiple times with different email addresses. Your computer must not be shared with another individual that has an existing MyAdvertisingPays.com account. In the instance of a household, MyAdvertisingPays.com does allow for multi-user homes; however, will limit commissions to the originating referrer. Family accounts will not pay affiliate commissions to those within the household.
You will use your username / password combination to access your account and it is your responsibility to keep this information confidential. You may change this information by logging into your account and following the appropriate link. You are solely responsible for any and all use of your MyAdvertisingPays.com account including authorization by you to any third party individual who may use your account. Any unauthorized access to your account should be reported immediately.
Each Referred Customer and each Qualifying Purchase referred or submitted by You to Us, is valid, genuine, unique and not fraudulent and meets each of the Criteria for generating a Commission Fee as provided in this Agreement.
Affiliate Program: To begin the enrollment process, you must submit a completed Affiliate Program Signup Form. We will evaluate Your application in good faith and will notify You of Your acceptance or rejection in a timely manner. We may reject Your application if We determine (in Our sole discretion) that Your application is unsuitable for Our Affiliate Program for any reason. If We reject Your application, for any reason, You may not reapply to the MyAdvertisingPays.com Affiliate Program. MyAdvertisingPays.com, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to notify or to not notify any prospective affiliate of their rejection or removal from the MyAdvertisingPays.com Affiliate Program at any time.
Once the enrollment process is completed and your application has been successfully approved by MyAdvertisingPays.com, Members may earn by visiting the advertiser websites after they have logged into their MyAdvertisingPays.com account. Members may also have the opportunity to earn by referring new members to MyAdvertisingPays.com when affiliate promotions are in effect. MyAdvertisingPays.com will announce start and end dates for any affiliate promotions offered either by email notification or notification posted on the website. Members can earn a percentage of advertising revenues collected by MyAdvertisingPays.com.
Members will be paid all earnings via the method of choice as described on this page. There are no refunds after a period of fourteen (14) days from the original purchase of a Qualified Purchase.
Any payouts due to you will not be deemed “owed” until you reach the necessary payout levels. Should your MyAdvertisingPays.com account incur no activity for a period of 90 consecutive days your account will be canceled and any earnings accrued will be forfeited.
Commission Determination: Under the Affiliate Program, you will be paid a Commission Fee for each Qualified Purchase by a Referred Customer that you refer to MyAdvertisingPays.com under and in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Each Referred Customer and each Qualified Purchase must meet the following criteria (the “Criteria”):
Each Referred Customer must be a new and unique visitor to MyAdvertisingPays.com and must register by completing and submitting the Registration Form using a valid and unique account and billing information.
Commission may not be paid for a Referred Customer that has transferred from any of our partners or subsidiaries.
Each Referred Customer must make a Qualified Purchase, and provide a valid payment for the purchased MyAdvertisingPays.com Products or Services. To generate a Commission Fee for you, each Referred Customer must be an active, qualified customer of MyAdvertisingPays.com and must be up-to-date in all payments at the time the Commission Fees are processed and not have been subject to a refund, credit, cancellation, suspension or chargeback.
Each Referred Customer must sign up in a manner, which in our sole judgment, definitively establishes that the Referred Customer was referred directly from you to MyAdvertisingPays.com under this Agreement.
Each Referred Customer must remain in compliance with our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy and other policies that are active at the time the Commission Fees are processed.
Commission Fees may not be paid for the Qualified Purchase if the Referred Customer has been offered or received coupons, refunds, credits or discounts from the Affiliate or if the Referred Customer has joined a business-opportunity program (as determined by MyAdvertisingPays.com in its sole discretion) that is managed or participated in by the Affiliate, unless MyAdvertisingPays.com has provided its prior written permission.
com reserves the right to withhold initial Commissions Fees for Affiliates who are new to the Affiliate program, or who have commissions that are potentially fraudulent as determined by MyAdvertisingPays.com in its sole discretion, to determine the legitimacy and cancellation rates of Referred Customers. MyAdvertisingPays.com reserves the right to suspend payment of Commission Fees at any time and indefinitely, if it suspects fraud or other improper activity or a potential breach of any of the terms in this Agreement by the Affiliate or a Referred Customer(s). MyAdvertisingPays.com reserves the right to deduct from Affiliate’s current and future Commission Fees any and all Commission Fees corresponding to any fraudulent, questionable, and cancelled MyAdvertisingPays.com purchases. Where no subsequent Commission Fee is due and owing, MyAdvertisingPays.com will send Affiliate a bill for the balance of such refunded purchase upon termination of the program or termination of the Referred Customer. MyAdvertisingPays.com, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to withhold indefinitely any Commission Fee, and/or to reverse, deny or reject any Commission Fee, for:
Any account/sale which has not been in an approved status in good standing as an account of MyAdvertisingPays.com for a period of at least thirty (30) days.
All commissions generated for accounts that may be fraudulent, including but not limited to the use of software that generates real and fictitious information.
If we deem orders to be fraudulent or see a pattern of potentially fraudulent activity, including, without limitation, where there are multiple accounts from the same customer, or referral of accounts which do not comply with this Agreement. We review account information (including site content) to assess referrals.
Altering Our Links in any way.
Referred Customers that have been offered or received coupons, refunds, credits or discounts from the Affiliate or for Referred Customers who have joined a business opportunity program that is managed or participated in by the Affiliate, unless MyAdvertisingPays.com has provided written permission.
Customers engaging in “Domain Speculation,” which is determined by the identification of two (2) web hosting accounts with the same Referred Customer’s name, email address, or other identifying characteristic as determined by MyAdvertisingPays.com and/or the identification of two (2) or more web hosting accounts that have no content on their websites or have similar content, templates or formatting, as determined by MyAdvertisingPays.com.
Affiliates whom we believe may be artificially submitting Referred Customers, engaging in the advertisement of business-opportunity sites (as determined by MyAdvertisingPays.com in its sole discretion), using marketing practices that we deem to be unethical or likely to attract fraudulent signups and/or signups with a very low likelihood of renewal.
MyAdvertisingPays.com reserves the right to immediately cancel or withhold for later review any Commission Fee based on the foregoing or that otherwise fails to meet the Criteria. It is the responsibility of the Affiliate to monitor the payment, denial, and withholding of Commission Fees; MyAdvertisingPays.com is not obligated to actively notify Affiliates of the status of Commission Fees. If an Affiliate has a question about a Commission Fee that has been cancelled or withheld, that Affiliate has thirty (30) days from the day the payment was due to contact MyAdvertisingPays.com to discuss or reclaim the Commission Fee. Any changes to decisions about cancelled or withheld Commission Fees are strictly at MyAdvertisingPays.com’s discretion. Commissions for any Referred Customer who is associated with any MyAdvertisingPays.com reseller, referral or other program may be removed from your payment. In other words, You may not receive double commissions or compensation. In the event that the Referred Customers that are referred to MyAdvertisingPays.com by a specific Affiliate are determined to have an excessive cancellation rate (as determined by MyAdvertisingPays.com in its sole discretion), MyAdvertisingPays.com reserves the right to withhold or decline pending and future Commission Fees for the Affiliate. Any attempt by an Affiliate to manipulate, falsify or inflate Referred Customers, Qualifying Purchases or Commission Fees to intentionally defraud MyAdvertisingPays.com or violation of any of the terms of this Agreement constitutes immediate grounds for MyAdvertisingPays.com to terminate this Agreement and will result in forfeiture of any Commission Fees due to you.
Advertiser Requirements: Any advertisement submitted for consideration to MyAdvertisingPays.com will first be approved by our staff before being activated. Websites containing malicious script or code, excessive pop-ups, or viruses are prohibited. No site (URL) that is approved shall materially be changed after approval such that the content of the site after the original approval is thereafter in violation of the terms of MyAdvertisingPays.com. All members making a payment from one of our Payment Processors may be required to verify their transaction email before any purchases will be approved. This is mandatory to help prevent fraud. In summary, and without being exhaustive, no sites promoting the follow shall be submitted to MyAdvertisingPays.com:
Adult Content or Sexually Themed Material including any dating websites.
Drugs and Drug Paraphernalia
Tobacco Sales
Discriminatory Practices
Hate / Violence Sites
Weapons Sales
Pharmaceutical Sales
Illegal Downloads including movies, MP3, software etc.
Gambling
Proxy or VPN services.
HYIP (High Yield Investment Programs)
Alcohol, which includes: beer, wine, liquor or homemade breweries.
MyAdvertisingPays.com reserves the right to reject advertisements at our sole discretion.
Policies & Pricing: Referred Customers who buy MyAdvertisingPays.com Products and Services through the MyAdvertisingPays.com will be deemed to be Our Customers. Accordingly, all of Our rules, policies, and operating procedures concerning MyAdvertisingPays.com orders, MyAdvertisingPays.com service, and MyAdvertisingPays.com Products and Services sales will apply to those Customers. We may change Our policies and operating procedures at any time. In the event that we decrease our pricing, MyAdvertisingPays.com will not offer a refund for the difference in pricing to any member who made a purchase at the higher price. For example, We will determine the prices to be charged for MyAdvertisingPays.com Products and Services sold under the Affiliate Network in accordance with Our own pricing policies. Prices and availability of MyAdvertisingPays.com Products and Services may vary from time to time, from affiliate to affiliate, from region to region, and from country to country. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to present accurate information, but We cannot guarantee the availability or price of any particular product or service. Please note that by signing up to be an Affiliate, You agree to both this Agreement and Our Privacy Policy.
Emails & Publicity: You shall not create, publish, transmit, or distribute, under any circumstances, any bulk electronic mail messages (also known as “SPAM”) without prior written consent from MyAdvertisingPays.com for each and every day when any bulk mailing will occur. MyAdvertisingPays.com, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to reject each and every e-mail mailing. Additionally, You may only send e-mails containing an MyAdvertisingPays.com affiliate link and or a message regarding MyAdvertisingPays.com or MyAdvertisingPays.com’s Affiliate Program to person(s) who have been previously contacted and whom consented to the fact that the You will be sending an e-mail containing MyAdvertisingPays.com information or information about the MyAdvertisingPays.com affiliate program. Failure by You to abide by this section, the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 (US), or our Anti-Spam Policy, in any manner, will be deemed a material breach of this Agreement by You and foreclose any and all rights you may have to any commissions. If your account has excessive clicks in a very short period of time as determined by MyAdvertisingPays.com in its sole discretion, the Affiliate relationship may be terminated.
Licenses & Use of MyAdvertisingPays.com Logos & Trademarks: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to (i) access our site through the links solely in accordance with the terms of this agreement and (ii) solely in connection with such links, to use the MyAdvertisingPays.com trademark and logo and similar identifying material relating to us (but only in the form(s) that they are provided by us) (collectively, the “Licensed Materials”), for the sole purpose of promoting MyAdvertisingPays.com Products and Services as approved in advance by us. You may not alter, modify, or change the Licensed Materials in any way. You are only entitled to use the Licensed Materials to the extent that You are a member in good standing of the MyAdvertisingPays.com Affiliate Program.
You shall not make any specific use of any Licensed Materials for purposes other than the promotion of MyAdvertisingPays.com Products and Services, without first submitting a sample to Us and obtaining the express prior written consent of Your MyAdvertisingPays.com account executive, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. You agree not to use the Licensed Materials in any manner that is disparaging or that otherwise portrays MyAdvertisingPays.com, any hosted member of MyAdvertisingPays.com, or any MyAdvertisingPays.com employee or representative in a negative light. We reserve all of Our rights in the Licensed Materials and of Our other proprietary rights. We may revoke Your license at any time, by giving You written or electronic notice. If not revoked, this license shall terminate upon expiration or termination of this Agreement.
In turn, You grant to Us a non-exclusive license to utilize Your name(s), titles, and logos, social media pages, including but not limited to: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, Linkedin, Google Plus+, Tumblr, Blogger, Sina Weibo, Youku Tudou, Baidu, or the like, as the same may be amended from time to time (the “Affiliate Trademarks”), to advertise, market, promote, and publicize in any manner Our rights hereunder; provided, however, that We shall not be required to so advertise, market, promote, or publicize the Affiliate Trademarks. This license shall terminate upon the expiration or termination of this Agreement.
Account Selling/Renting/Leasing: MyAdvertisingPays.com does not allow you to sell or rent your account. In the event you attempt to sell or rent your account, the account will be limited with no access. MyAdvertisingPays.com is free to join and the selling or renting of your account to make a profit from your activities here is strictly prohibited.
Affiliate Account Abuse: Multiple registrations and/or running multiple accounts shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Notwithstanding the above reference to a household or family account, registering multiple accounts from the same IP address or from the same computer also constitutes fraud. Any use of Internet bots, also known as web robots or simply bots would be ground for immediate termination of your MyAdvertisingPays.com account. Bots are software applications that run automated tasks over the internet. Typically, bots perform tasks that are both simple and structurally repetitive, at a much higher rate than would be possible for a human editor alone. MyAdvertisingPays.com may file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple registrations or any other type fraud or abuse outlined within this membership agreement. This conduct will result in the forfeiture of any MyAdvertisingPays.com earnings you have generated. It is agreed between the member and MyAdvertisingPays.com that determining the specific dollar amount of damages sustained to the reputation of MyAdvertisingPays.com as a result of the fraudulent actions of either our advertisers or our members would be in some cases difficult to prove. MyAdvertisingPays.com takes seriously our obligation to protect our advertisers to be sure they are getting the true value of their investment dollars. For that reason, any breach of this agreement would automatically result in liquidated damages of $1500.00 in addition to any actual damages sustained by MyAdvertisingPays.com. MyAdvertisingPays.com reserves the right in their discretion to suspend an account upon investigation and conclusion that a fraudulent or deceptive act is occurring or likely to occur.
MyAdvertisingPays.com does not allow the use of anonymizer or proxy servers to access our system. MyAdvertisingPays.com can at its own discretion block any member who knowingly accesses our system with an anonymizing, VPN or proxy server. We can and will suspend any account found to violate this policy. All funds in your MyAdvertisingPays.com account are immediately forfeited if your account is suspended for violating this policy. In the event that you issue a chargeback on a transaction you completed while logged into your MyAdvertisingPays.com account, MyAdvertisingPays.com will suspend your account. A transaction is defined as a purchase that you knowingly made for an advertisement, or upgrade. MyAdvertisingPays.com may at its discretion take you (the member who issued the chargeback) to small claims court to recover fees associated with the chargeback, including travel expenses incurred to file the necessary court paperwork. MyAdvertisingPays.com records all user activity while you (the member) are logged in. This includes the IP address that you accessed your account from, browser, and all clicks and pages accessed during your login. This information may be used to prove you did indeed authorize the transaction(s) in question.
Term of the Agreement: The term of this Agreement will begin upon Our acceptance of Your Affiliate Program application and will end when terminated by either party. Either You or We may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause. You are only eligible to earn Commission Fees on Qualified Purchases occurring during the term, and Commission Fees earned through the date of termination will remain payable only if the orders for the related MyAdvertisingPays.com Products and Services are not cancelled and comply with all Terms laid out in this Agreement. We may withhold Your final payment of Commission Fees for a reasonable time to ensure that all Qualified Purchases are valid and payment from Referred Customers are legitimate as determined by MyAdvertisingPays.com in its sole discretion. Any Affiliate who violates either this Agreement or MyAdvertisingPays.com’s Terms and Conditions will immediately forfeit any right to any and all accrued Commissions Fees and will be removed from the MyAdvertisingPays.com Affiliate Program. MyAdvertisingPays.com reserves the right to remove an Affiliate from the Affiliate Program, and to terminate or suspend this Agreement, at any time for any reason, in MyAdvertisingPays.com’s sole discretion. Without limitation, Affiliate’s participation in the Program, and this Agreement, shall be deemed automatically terminated immediately and all commissions forfeited upon Affiliate’s violation of any of the terms of this Agreement or of any applicable law or regulation having the force of law.
Account/Affiliate Inactivity: If your account should go to inactive status (90 days with no logins), MyAdvertisingPays.com will consider the account abandoned and closes it. All funds in the account will be forfeited and the balance zeroed. If you reopen this account the balance that was reclaimed will not be credited back. Any referrals or ad credits that are in your account when it’s closed for inactivity will remain in the account. While this account is inactive, any referrals in your downline may request to change their sponsor. If you reactivate your account these referrals who left your downline will not be assigned back, they are lost.
Modification: We may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement at any time in Our sole discretion. Such modifications shall take effect when posted on Our site. MyAdvertisingPays.com, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to notify You by e-mail and further reserves the right to withhold notification of any changes made to this Agreement. Modifications may include, but are not limited to, changes in the scope of available Commissions, Commission amounts/percentages, payment procedures, Commission Fee payment schedules, and Affiliate Program rules. If any modification is unacceptable to You, Your only recourse is to terminate this agreement. Your continued participation in the Affiliate Program following Our posting of a change notice or new agreement on Our site will constitute binding acceptance of the change.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability: We make no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the Affiliate Program or any MyAdvertisingPays.com Products and Services sold through the Affiliate Program (including, without limitation, WARRANTIES OF FITNESS, MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, DEALING, OR TRADE USAGE). In addition, We make no representation that the operation of Our site will be uninterrupted or error free, and We will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors, including the tracking of information about Referred Customers during the period of interruption. WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF REVENUE, PROFITS, OR DATA, ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT OR THE AFFILIATE PROGRAM, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. FURTHER, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING WITH RESPECT TO THIS AGREEMENT AND THE AFFILIATE PROGRAM WILL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL COMMISSIONS PAID OR PAYABLE TO YOU UNDER THIS AGREEMENT DURING THE 3-MONTH PERIOD IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO SUCH LIABILITY.

Third-Party Offers, Tasks, Surveys: MyAdvertisingPays.com has agreements with many different 3rd party companies to provide our members with Tasks, Offers and Surveys. In the event that you are not compensated or rewarded for such completion of said survey, task or offer MyAdvertisingPays.com will attempt to find out why you were not rewarded correctly but will not be responsible for completing a payment if the Offer, Survey or Task Company refuses to follow through and reward you. Technical Update – The process of launching a new website comes with many difficulties including, choosing the correct server hardware, server o/s, bandwidth, load balancing, website coding language, database setup, security etc.
With MAP 2.0 the process was made much more difficult as we were dealing with a unique system that dealt with a lot of mathematics in the database queries along with constantly changing dynamic content.
As you may have noticed today’s launch didn’t go according to plan causing the website to hang for many members and many of you not being able to log on at all, the main cause for this was an overwhelming request from a multiple number of sources onto our servers making it almost impossible to access, this is known as a DDoS attack.
A Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attack is an attempt to make an online service unavailable by overwhelming it with traffic from multiple sources. They target a wide variety of important resources, from banks to news websites, and present a major challenge to making sure people can publish and access important information.

When you click on the Login button you will be presented with Location list, these are a 5 servers which are located at different locations globally to make it easier for members to log in. Each of these servers are mirrored to each other in real-time. If you find one slow, try an alternative.
Es ist schon eigenartig, daß die Memberships mit Map 2 erloschen sind, hätte noch bis zum 9.4.2016 gehabt. Das ist jetzt aus meiner Sicht nicht das Schlimmste. Eigenartig finde ich die monatlichen hohen Gebühren, die mit keinem Argument gerechtfertigt sind z.B.: neues Skript usw.
Map versucht hiermit Geld neu reinzubekommen bzw. von den Ausschüttungen einen Anteil zu behalten durch Memberupgrades. Andere Programme laufen sehr gut auch ohne hohe monatlichen Kosten oder eben mit niedrigeren.
Das der große Ansturm von neuen Usern nicht ewig anhält, die neues Geld reinbringen, war vorauszusehen. Nein ich will Map nicht schlecht machen, war mein großer Faforit bis zur Umgestaltung. Jedoch sagt mir mein Bauch (leider nur der Bauch, sonst könnte ich es erklären) das hier etwas absolut nicht stimmt.
Es spielt auch keine Rolle was mein Bauch sagt, ich ziehe mich hier zurück. Von 16 CPs (wollte die eigentlich weiter aufbauen) werde ich auf 14 runterschrauben.

Das muss noch nicht heißen, die Frage ist ja, wieviel bringt ein CP aktuell je Tag .
Jedoch bei der aktuellen Verfügbarkeit der Site wird sich das wohl eher im unteren Bereich einspielen.
