For example, if a partner from France has registered through its partner link a partner from Kazakhstan and a partner from Kazakhstan has bought an investor portfolio, a partner from France receives a partner remuneration according to the terms of the partner program, however, the received reward will be assessed to a partner from France to his special account for a temporary blocking of funds, as in Kazakhstan there is a process of obtaining of financial license by the A.G.A.M. and transfer of funds in such a way to another country is prohibited under the legislation.
Once the process for obtaining of a financial license by the company A.G.A.M. in Kazakhstan will be completed, a partner from France will be able to freely withdraw his partner reward, received from a partner from Kazakhstan. The process of temporary working conditions is also valid between the countries, where the process of license receiving is going on by the company A.G.A.M., namely in Germany, Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Kazakhstan, Poland, Ukraine and Slovakia. For example, if a partner from Kazakhstan has registered by his affiliate link a partner from Ukraine, and a partner from Ukraine bought an investors portfolio, the process of obtaining of partner reward will be similar to the process described above in the example between France and Kazakhstan. The calculation of partner reward between partners of one country operates without restriction. For example, a partner from Kazakhstan will receive on his partner account a partner reward from the investor’s portfolio purchase by another partner from Kazakhstan and he also will receive the sales volume without any restrictions.
