Vor drei Tage habe ich an Support geschrieben, weil eine Auszahlung nicht bekommen habe, obwohl im Backoffice auf "paid" steht.
Unten ist die Antwort vom Support. Der Support ist also viel besser und schneller geworden.

will be added some option to manually confirm payeer transactions for users who loses their data.
But you have to wait, due to importing and scanning a lot of data manually.
