EXTENSION OF LIMITS FOR START AND BRONZE INVESTMENT PORTFOLIOS

Dear customers of Resonance Capital.

PLEASE NOTE! Starting January 8, 2018, buyers of investment portfolios START, BRONZE, SILVER, GOLD, PLATINUM and VIP worth $ 10 to $ 500 will no longer be credited with TEST bonus portfolios. The reason for this is that we're getting ready to launch a brand-new investment product RC Crypto Pool. Consequently, you may get free TEST portfolios only until January 7, 2018 inclusive.

Today, we are very pleased to have good news to all Resonance Capital clients who invest in the middle price segment, and to announce the expansion of the limits for purchase of START and BRONZE investment portfolios.

It's no secret that 70% customers of any investment company are holders of investment portfolios of up to $5,000 (middle price bracket). The remaining 30% customers confidently use the investment offers of up to $15,000 (GOLD, PLATINUM and VIP portfolios) and even up to $50,000 and higher (IPO portfolio).

By the numerous requests of our clients of the middle investment segment, who have been working with Resonance Capital from the very beginning and have duly assessed the profitability of our investment products, we are making another pleasant exception and extending the limits for purchase of the most popular investment portfolios – START and BRONZE – up to 20 pcs for each portfolio.

This decision is due to significant results in the company's capital management achieved over the past 2 months. Due to the expansion of the company's share in the cryptocurrency market and the increase in the overall share of profits, we have got high investment figures and are able to respond reasonably to the requests of our long-standing and proven customers.

Let us assume that you have purchased 20 START portfolios for $100 each, then your net profit is $1,080. When purchasing 20 BRONZE portfolios for $700 each, your net profit is $6,944.

Based on this, we can calculate your projected profit, namely: $1,080 + $6,944 = $8,024 net profit for six months with a total investment portfolio of $16,000. This is more than 50% net profit for 6 months and more than 100% net profit for 12 months. Let us also add to this figure your deposit, and in total we get +200% total profit for 1 calendar year.

Hello, dear customers of Resonance Capital.

In view of the fact, that the cryptocurrency market still remains too unstable and unpredictable, a situation has come about, in which on the cryptocurrency exchanges, where Resonance Capital assets are located, it is impossible to convert a part of the Company's operating capital in the shortest possible time and distribute it through dollar electronic payment systems.

It is obvious that Bitcoin, the father of cryptocurrency, will soon pass the correction phase and its price will become more stable, and the number of unprocessed transactions in the blockchain will become low, thereby facilitating the trading operations on exchanges. However, at the moment we sincerely ask all Resonance Capital to show understanding for our situation and support the necessary measure that we need to take, namely:

1. Cancel the accrued investment income for the last business week of December (12.11.2017 – 12.15.2017);
2. Extend the pause in the investment portfolios for another 1 week to improve the situation on the cryptocurrency market;
3. As compensation, to extend the validity of customers' investment portfolios by 2 weeks.

Accordingly, we will announce the start of new working season on January 22, 2018.

Of course, we can use online converters and convert BTC to popular destinations of Advanced Cash, Perfect Money and Payeer electronic payment systems; however Resonance Capital Financial & Analysis Department considered it inappropriate to spend from 6% to 10% on such operations, or even more for some directions. No investment company will allow itself to incur such losses for one transaction in one direction.

We made the right choice by transferring the maximum part of Resonance Capital operating capital into cryptocurrencies, and we urge all clients of the Company to support our decision for stable operation on a long-term horizon. According to the forecasts of the leading cryptocurrency analysts in 2 weeks Bitcoin will enter the stage of lesser volatility and we will be able to profitably trade this currency for banknotes of dollar electronic payment systems with much lesser commission charges.

Please be wise and provide maximum support to our Company in making this difficult, but necessary decision with the view of common good of all Resonance Capital clients.
