Ich stehe seit einigen Stunden mit dem Admin in Kontakt. Macht euch selber ein Bild.
Wie ihr seht, habe ich versucht das Spiel mit den Multi-Accounts mitzuspielen. Nun spiele ich das Spiel mit dem Hacker mit. Ich würde den Admin gerne darauf festsetzen, dass der Account zwar gehackt ist, aber das Geld noch da ist. Nach dem Motto: Ganz egal, wir brauchen seinen Account nicht. Zahle ihm einfach die Investition zurück und wir stellen wieder auf grün.
Im schlimmsten Fall ziehe ich das ganze damit in die Länge, damit ihr noch etwas auszahlen könnt. Im besten Fall ist an dem Hacking etwas dran. Für mich scheint es aber so, dass der Admin nach Ausreden sucht.
Auf die kurze Frage, was er mit "because from his accounts there were requests to change the details" meint ("One question in advance: What details exactly?"), kam dann noch die Antwort vom Admin:
So ganz verstehe ich das nicht, aber das wäre dann die dritte Ausrede, wieso er Fabian nicht auszahlt.

We can't accept this procedure. He didn't do anything wrong.
Second and third account were created after the login problems!
How should we proceed? What can you offer instead?
The solution has to satisfy Fabian, not us.
Our success is based on the trust of our users.

We decided to establish the current owner of the account, and requested a registration letter and an IP address. After that, this user can not provide them. And he went to complain about the forum, and write badly about our company. And also create other accounts and was automatically stopped by our system for multi-registration.
He violated the rules of our project 2 times. Now people because of him do not want to invest in the project. How then to restore the reputation of the project and resolve the issue?
