Mir ist gerade der letzte Newsletter wieder in die Hände gefallen, dort ist das Problem offenbar bekannt:

Sofort-Payment and CC Payment
About 5% of the payments with Sofortüberweisung and Creditcard is producing an error after the payment. Tokens don´t appear and customers try it again. and get charged multiple times.
Very importnat: Please tell your customers that if there is an error at the payment: DON´T TRY AGAIN! Instead, check your Bankaccount or Credit Card and you will see that you’ve already been charged. All you need to do is send us a screenshot of this payment. Please also send us the Order number of the Tokens. If you can´t find it, please create an order of the same amount of Tokens, choose „Wiretransfer“ as payment method and send us the Order number you get on the next page, where you also see the Bankaccount Informations. We will fix it.
Please let everyone know: If there was an error on the payment: DON´T TRY AGAIN! Check your Account or Creditcard and contact our support with the appropriate screenshots and order number.
We are working on this issue and hope to resolve this error in the near future.
