If you send BitCoins via an e-wallet other than https://www.coinpayments.net, we recommend using a client-e-wallet that allows specifying a commission fee (e.g. Electrum https://electrum.org/).
Recommended commission fee constantly changes. Info on the current commission fee is available at https://bitaps.com.
If you want your transactions to be confirmed quickly, you should specify the current commission fee.
If you nevertheless did get in a situation where you sent BitCoins, but your transaction got the "Error" status code and description "Cancelled / Timed Out", then you should take the following simple steps to get your money back:
1. Find your transaction at https://blockchain.info. If your transaction has less than 3 confirmations, then you should wait until the transaction gets these confirmations.
2. Open your email box and find an email received after payment via coinpayments.net and follow the link located after the words, " If you would like to claim the refund click here:".
3. Specify the address of e-wallet you want to be used when returning the funds and click the "Claim Refund" button.
