Newsletter, E-Mails, Seiteninhalte):Starting today we have made the decision to not accept any more deposits from wallet "Coins.PH" as these deposits are not being credited by our system. We don't know what the issue is, we only know that this issue is only affecting deposits from Coins.PH wallet.
If you have already deposited using Coins.PH before today, then please contact our support and they will collect your deposit information and it will be added manually within 24 hours.
If you deposit after today using Coins.PH, your deposit will not be accepted or added to our system either automatically or manually. We have also added a message on our deposit confirmation page about this as well as on our news page.
If you already have an existing deposit on our site and are withdrawing to Coins.PH, you will still continue receiving your withdrawals as usual, as only deposits are having a problem.
Again, this issue is only affecting users of Coins.PH wallet for depositing, and every other wallet user will be able to deposit and withdraw automatically as usual.
Externer Inhalt (z.B. Newsletter, E-Mails, Seiteninhalte):We have received feedback from some users that the reason deposits from Coins.ph is not being accepted by our system is because users are sending from PHP (Philippine Peso) wallet instead of BTC.
Our system will only recognize BTC deposits and not local currency deposits. Knowing this information, we have decided to update our policy to allow deposits using Coins.ph again, but users must send from their BTC wallet address on Coins.PH, and not their PHP currency account.
If you send anything besides BTC to us, our system will not recognize it as a deposit and our staff will not add your deposit. So please keep this in mind if you plan to use Coins.ph to deposit to our system.
