Bei mir wäre nur Withdraw BTC grau hinterlegt.
Falls bei dir es wirklich anders aus sieht, könnte es sein das Exacoin temporär Einzahlungen für Manche deaktiviert hat,
um die Wallet ein wenig zu entlasten und zu upgraden.
Anscheinend sind sie etwas überlastet durch die enorme Anzahl an Deposits.
Es sollte also wirklich nur eine Frage der Zeit sein bis die Wallet auch diesem Ansturm standhalten kann.

2. Pending refunds of BTC and ETH after the ICO: we are processing these pending transactions. We guarantee that your BTC or ETH will be returned before 11 A.M 12 Dec, 2017 (UTC -5).
3. We will create the FAQs on our website to answer the common questions from society. It will be updated constantly to fit with community’s interests.
