Good morning folks. So I am sure all of you by now saw Tom's major update regarding the capped earnings. This has NEVER been done before with any revsahre program. Can you imagine what this is going to do for URS? Usually I do not invite my close friends and family to join revshares because it's very volatile and I only promote to people who are familiar with the industry. But now I am most definitely going to get all my friends and family on board. Please note that referral commissions remain as is and is capped in no way or does not change. So those with referrals and who actively build the program you are in a great position. If you still cannot comprehend what this means let me give you a brief breakdown:
1. We already have a 50% repurchase rule which brings great stability to the program.
2. We have external income which is growing on a daily basis.
3. NOW our earnings are capped at $6000.00. Please note that the 300% Tom was referring to was assuming you deposited the max amount of $2000.00. However even if you deposit $100.00, your total withdrawals will still be capped at $6000.00. Once you reach $6000.00 in total withdrawals the system resets and you start all over again. But let me tell you what is going to happen. Once someone reaches that max withdrawal limit, they are most likely going to redeposit the max amount of $2000.00 to restart to build up their packs as quickly as possible. So most likely they will also take a pause from withdrawing until they get to a certain level. This is going to ease up the system from constant and regular withdrawals. This is going to guarantee that we ALWAYS have fresh funds coming in. And I can guarantee you most people after reaching the withdrawal limit will most likely redeposit the max amount of $2000.00 back into the system. Can you imagine how powerful this is going to be. We would have new members coming into the system but also all old members will be continuously depositing fresh funds. GAME CHANGER. And I can assure you many companies are now going to follow this model. This is why most revshares fail. They are solely dependent on money coming in from new members. Old members just keep withdrawing as they are not required to depoisit fresh funds because they have reached a certain level where they can take out a certain amount from the system so they just continuously do that which obviously will crash the entire system eventually. So the admins who feel that they are so SMART in those other companies should take notes here lol. We again have set the bar high for others to follow. Once we have our new script 100% custom built we will be unstoppable.

Sobald das neue Skript steht was laut neuestem Update im laufe der nächsten Woche der Fall sein soll wird es eine Änderung des Pay Plans geben. Es wird ein Limit in der Gesamt Auszahlung pro Member eingeführt. Dieses Beträgt 6000$.
Sobald man die 6000$ Ausgezahlt hat wird der Account auf Null gestellt und man muss von vorne anfangen. Dabei spielt es keine Rolle wie viel Packs man Anfangs gekauft hat. Die Rev-Commission wird extra berechnet und zählt nicht in die 6000$ Auszahl-Grenze. Sowas gab es in der Rev-Share Welt wohl noch nie und soll dafür Sorgen das immer neues Cash ins System kommt und nicht zu viel Cash von Einzelnen Personen aus dem System gezogen wird. An sich hört sich das sehr Positiv an und wurde auch sehr Positiv bei den Membern aufgenommen. (siehe Facebook Kommentare )
