Bei mir hat der Support sehr schnell reagiert, mir gefällt die Antwort aber ganz und gar nicht!
Kurze Zusammenfassung: Der Support denkt, dass es sich bei den gesperrten Accounts und Mehrfachaccounts handelt. Meine Investoren sind aber ganz und gar nicht die selbe Person.
Investor 1 hatte 400 USD Einlage drin - eingefroren
Investor 2 hatte 1200 USD Einlage drin - eingefroren
Mein Account - wurde nach dem Mailverkehr auch gesperrt.
Der Support gibt die Möglichkeit, die Accounts für 250 USD wieder zu aktivieren.
Mein Tipp an euch: Kohle rausholen, am besten in Teilen, damit es nicht so auffällt und dem Programm den Rücken kehren.

Why can't they proof, that they are different persons showing their personal ID?
Sorry, but Obofunds did a mistake there, it can't be, that my investors have to pay money to solve the mistake.
Please give another possibility to solve the problem.
If they show the passport id, do you unfreeze them?
