I understand some of you may have questions. The best way to contact us is by creating a ticket in the support system, in English, if you can. If there are open tickets that we have not responded to yet, you are welcome to email me their IDs (like 55555) to andrew [at] advcash.com and I'll have a look.
Regarding our card platform, I understand people may be frustrated when they are unable to fund their cards, and we apologise for that. We try to post new information in the news section of your accounts as often as we can. Unfortunately, this is a banking issue that does not fully depend on us, so things may be moving slower than we want them to. This has nothing to do with any scams, we have not taken anyone's money, it's just a temporary holdup caused by issues with third party services. We are working to restore all functionality as soon as we can. Right now, withdrawals to 3rd party Visa/MC bank cards are available in EUR already, and we hope to be able to turn the rest of the features back on soon.
To avoid any misinterpretations, you can contact me directly at andrew [at] advcash.com or leave your Skype here, and I'll provide all the details about anything Advanced Cash related you need. The ticket quoted above has also been responded to.
