Du musst nicht verifiziert sein.
Ohne Verifizierung kannst Du Geld empfangen von anderen, Geld bunkern und Geld an andere senden. Du kannst jedoch nicht per Bank ein-oder Dein Guthaben auszahlen lassen.
Außerdem funktionieren manche Exchanger nicht, wenn Dein Konto unverifiziert ist.
Und Deine Limits sind natürlich andere.

If you have a Personal account, you can add, withdraw, send and spend funds with an unverified account. However, if you would like to increase the load, withdrawal and/or spending limits on your account as well as be able to withdraw funds by bank wire, you will need to become verified.
Business accounts must be verified in order to deposit, withdraw and send money.

What are the transaction limits for a Personal account?

A verified Personal account has the following transaction limits:
- send and receive a maximum of $50,000 USD per transaction
- add up to $5,000 USD/CAD, €9,999.99 EUR, 69,999.99 NOK or 19,999.99 PLN by bank transfer, depending on the location
- add $9,999 USD or the equivalent amount by bank wire
- withdraw up to $9,999 USD or the equivalent amount by bank transfer/bank wire
An unverified Personal account has the following transaction limits:
- send up to $999 USD per transaction, or $4,999 USD over the lifetime of the account
- receive an unlimited amount of funds
- add up to $999 USD by bank transfer or bank wire
- withdraw up to $999 USD by bank transfer
Please note: You will need to be verified in order to withdraw by bank wire.
Also im Prinzip musst Du nicht verifiziert sein, um die Grundfunktionen zu nutzen.
