Unfortunately, our own card platform and withdrawals to external bank cards are still not working. According to the information we recently received, there are certain bank issues that prevented the transfers to our card partners from going through. Therefore, they have not yet been received, which is why the card platform is not functioning right now.
Also, some bank transfers sent earlier to fund your Advanced Cash account may have not yet been processed. If any transfers that you are expecting have not been received after 5 business days, please create a ticket with all the details including a SWIFT copy, or update an existing ticket. If your transfer(s) were rejected by our bank, please also let us know.
We temporarily disabled account funding via SWIFT and SEPA transfers. Please DO NOT send any new bank transfers until we post an update here saying the situation is back to normal.
Also, please try to not create new tickets asking when exactly card funding will be possible again. This issue is our absolute top priority right now. Our team members are visiting the bank right now to find out all the details and restore normal operation.
We hope for your understanding, and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. Please check with this News section for all further updates on the situation.
