Temporary Advanced Cash Card Issues
According to our card vendor, they are experiencing outages of certain systems. As a result, you may experience problems with seeing Advanced Cash cards inside your account, creating new cards, viewing PINs, as well as with using your cards for transactions, both ATM and POS. The technical team is dealing with this highest priority issue right now. Please don’t try using your Advanced Cash cards until this issue is resolved. We will be posting updates in the news when there are new developments. We apologise for the inconvenience.
