Dear Omnia Partners,If you still have credit, both in dollars and in Cryptocurrency on your old back office, you need to do the following:
1 - You need to withdraw the dollars from cash account completely by going to "request payout release"!
2 - You need to withdraw Crypto currency and in order to do this you have to go to "Request Crypto Payout"
Please remember that you can log into the old backoffice only with the old login details (username and password).
Please note: The cash account amount you have requested will be credited in to your "Commission Wallet" in the New BackOffice.& Your concurrency requested amount will be sent to your wallet address you have provided in the new BackOffice.
From the 15th December 2017 you will have no access to the old back office as this will permanently be closed!
