Externer Inhalt (z.B. Newsletter, E-Mails, Seiteninhalte):
By default IMPACT sets the FROM address to: [email protected]. You can use your own Email FROM address like [email protected].
Please be adviced not to use a free Email account like Gmail, Yahoo or Hotmail. It may prevent the delivery of your campaign.
Internet Service Providers (ISPs), like Google, Yahoo, and Microsoft, use DKIM and SPF authentication as a way to scan incoming emails for spam or spoofed addresses. Emails that fail SPF or DKIM authentication are more likely to arrive in a spam or junk folder.
DKIM is already setup by IMPACT by default.
You need to setup SPF and DMARC at your domain allowing the IMPACT mailservers to send Emails on your behalf.
To help ensure your campaigns reach your recipients’ inboxes and to make your campaigns look more professional, you can set up SPF and DMARC authentication for your domain.
Ask your ISP or webmaster to help you add SPF and DMARC records to your domain.
In Your Domain's DNS Panel or Zone Editor, add two records:
SPF: Add a TXT record for yourdomain.com with this value:
v=spf1 mx a ip4:85.214.240.252 a:h2258781.stratoserver.net include:impact4ever.com include:impact4partners.com ~all
DMARC: Add a _DMARC record with this value in TXT:
v=DMARC1; p=none
NOTE: When your Domain already has a SPF record, do not create an extra record (this is not allowed), only include the IMPACT Email server IP to your SPF TXT record.
