We decided to forget the past So right now it's time to focus on the future. Now that I have a solid and accurate idea of the current financial situation of URS now I can address everyone as one of the main members in URS. So let me assume that leadership role and be brutally honest with everyone. If everyone else wants to butter it up I won't. So here goes.
URS do not have enough funds to continue paying out much longer again. Based on the ACCURATE figures given to me I would say about 1-2 weeks. The money coming in is much less than the money going out. As Tom stated he did not implement the necessary changes at the right time. So although there is a great new system in place it is unable to do much for the company at this time due to all the money that members who joined in the beginning have in their accounts still being able to withdraw.
James was thrown into the fire of all of this. So now he is trying his best to bring back URS where it is suppose to be. Some of his decisions I highly did not agree with but I can't be upset with him as he is doing everything in his power to try and get things back in order.
But his best is not good enough at this stage because no matter all the implementation of the recent changes the fact remains that too much money is going out than what is actually coming in. Old members who have already way past recovered their seed money contributes to over 3/4 of the total withdrawal figure. So if this continues URS will go down in 1-2 weeks plain and simple.
So at this point we have a great sustainable system but it's not getting a chance to breathe due to all the money that is going out. I alone for god sake have about $20000.00 in commissions sitting there. So you see my point.
So at this stage we have 2 options.
Option 1. URS will crash in about two weeks and people will lose money yet again in another revshare.
Option 2. I have personally decided to step up and step in and not let yet another revshare go down. I am going to bring together some leaders, the ambassadors and admins and other stakeholders as I really and truly believe we can turn this around and present a bigger, better and stronger URS 2.0.
James is a programmer and managing a revshare as large as URS along with its financial problems is a hefty task for him. The reason the double earnings were apparently announced were to give a boost to the system to try and generate funds something that I did not agree with. So now he has tried a couple things and did not seem to work out all that well. So now I think the key members of URS need to step in and do something. Let's not let URS be yet another one of those that disappeared. Some of you may be contacted for consultation and we will appreciate your coorporation. So now I have a question for you.
Do you want me to leave URS and just let them continue to run it as is and hope to generate funds and then it goes down in about 1-2 weeks?
Or do you want me get involved and bring my whole team and other stakeholders in and we will brainstorm and return the company to its glory days.
I can only take on this task if you support me. At this point James need all the help he can get. So my team and I which will include some leaders, admins, some ambassadors, James among others will consider all the options. So the choice is yours.
Plain and simple that is the situation. It's up to you guys now.

Laut Admins kann es so wie bisher nicht weitergehen. Es kam durch die Memberships zwar wieder gut Geld rein aber die Auszahlungen sind weiterhin zu hoch. Geht es so weiter hält das Programm laut Admins maximal noch 1-2 Wochen. Deswegen werfen sie den Plan komplett um und versuchen URS zu retten.

We cannot continue with the current plan and have decided to make it as simple as possible.
With all admin view and opinion, we have come up the below plan for restart.
5$ AdPack, Caps at 7$ , Daily ROi 3%
50% Repurchase rule still applies
10$ Fixed membership for all members
10% Level 1 commission.
Daily withdrawal limit 60$
There will be no Limit on Withdrawal
Now how are we going to restart.
All old members in profit, their account will be reset to zero. They will start from scratch.
But they will not loss their referrals.
Members those who have not withdrawn their seed yet will get their seed amount in system
E.g you have put 100$ and withdrawn only 10$ still, you will get 90$ to start with the new system.
Membership fees which we have collected, that membership fee will also credited to your repurchase balance but not for those already in profit.
All members will get 1 month free membership
All members will get 15 Days surf free period
All ad credit will be added too
So hope this is fair as no member is losing here, if you are with URS we can again achieve new heights.
Restart Date will be on 5th Jun 2016. I have choose Sunday as everyone will get time to participate on Relaunch.
Please note all we did or doing is good for members benefit and making URS sustainable.

Es soll also einen "Restart" am 05.Juni geben. Alles komplett neu.
Meiner Meinung nach ist es hier also vorbei aber für diejenigen die es interessiert:
Es soll nur noch 1 Adpack Level geben:
5$ mit 140% ROI werden zu 7$. Tägliche Ausschüttung 3%.
50% Repurchase Rule. 10$ Monatliche Membership und 10% Commission nur im 1. Level.
Die Accounts der Member die schon im Gewinn sind werden komplett auf 0 gestellt. Sie müssen also von vorne beginnen wenn sie weiter dabei sein wollen. Alle Member die noch nicht im Gewinn sind bekommen die Differenz aus Ein und Auszahlungen auf ihr Konto gutgeschrieben (Ich weiß nicht ob in die Repurchase Balance oder Cash Balance) . Die bezahlte Membership Gebühr wird auch erstattet jedoch kommt die in die Repurchase Balance (Nur für die Member die noch nicht im Gewinn sind)
Ich denke nicht das dass gut gehen wird. Für alle die noch nicht im Gewinn sind versucht euer Geld ab den 05.06 rauszubekommen.
