Das Problem mit den langen Telefonnummern wurde nun gelöst. Man kann sich jetzt auch mit einer langen Nummer anmelden. Der Login erfolgt allerdings mit der Emailadresse. Wenn bei euch immer noch der Telefon-Login erscheint, bitte Cookies löschen.

Today we have made a big update on our website and want to please all of you. We have been working on this update for the recent a few days and hope that it will help you to work more comfortably with our website.
Due to the numerous requests of our customers from Germany, Croatia, Nigeria and other countries, whose phone numbers have more than 12 digits, we have simplified the form of registration and login to the back office. Now a user from any country, whose phone number has more than 12 digits, can get registered in the company and become our customer.
Please note: now a customer can access the back office only by his e-mail, not by phone number. This measure was taken due to the fact that a significant number of customers could not login the back office because of incorrect input of the phone number in international format.
Over the recent 16 days, our Technical Support Department has received more than 1000 letters about the inability to register and login to the back office. We have interviewed a number of potential clients and investors about the cause of the impossibility of registration and login to the back office, and have found the following problem on their side: incorrect input of phone numbers in international format.
To date, this problem has been solved, and we wish you a pleasant use of our website and get even more partners from the countries, residents of which, for the above-stated reasons, could not work with Resonance Capital Group LP in full.
