Hab eben und das war jetzt richtig schnell eine Antwort erhalten.

You German mail server is not able to receive mails from our server,
that's why we are replying via our social media address.
You probably have experienced this issue with other programs.
Anyway, we have issues with one of our payment processors.
Please be patient until we fix the issue. We will process your request via
AdvCash once we have received a confirmation from the PerfectMoney support.
