The bad news:
Firstly as you all know we had found some members violating URS rules like Multiple accounts with same I.P, (stacking) and overall fraud associated with some accounts.
This has forced us to put withdrawals on hold for few days.
So we are currently in the process of Implementing more security features to eliminate all rogue accounts and individuals from the system.
Expected date of completion: 25th May 2016
Secondly we regret to inform all members that Tom was hospitalized and is unable to work. As such myself with the help of a couple admins will be taking over until Tom is able to resume duties. We are unable to say when as he got a minor stroke. His health has been deteriorating mainly due to the long hours spent on URS work. We wish him a speedy recovery.
So now the way forward:
Firstly we will be completing all pending withdrawal request within the next 24 to 48 hours.
Secondly we will be implementing our new Advertising Service (solo ads, video grid, customized landing pages etc.) which was planned long back but was placed on hold due to site maintenance.
These new services will be very unique and will help position URS as the #1 Revshare on market.
Expected date of completion: 28th May 2016.
Finally as you all know there was a recent post regarding membership fees. Before Tom took ill a new membership system was being discussed to ensure URS remains stable. Therefore this new system will be adopted and implemented from the following date:
25th May 2016.
Silver : $10
Referral commission 4% at level 1 and 1% at level 2
300% withdrawal limit,
Daily Withdrawal $60
Gold : $25
Referral commission 8% at level 1 and 2% at level 2
400% withdrawal limit
Daily Withdrawal $100
Diamond : $50
Referral commission 10% at level 1 and 2% at level 2
500% withdrawal limit
Daily Withdrawal $120
Please take note that Withdrawal Limit will only be based on fresh payment processor deposits.
Also as of 25th May 2016 all commissions will be included as part of the withdrawal limit except for Diamond Membership. All Diamond Membership members will be able to withdraw commissions and it will not count as part of the total withdrawal limit. This applies to Diamond Members only.
All withdrawals from commission wallet will be set at $50.00 max. If you are withdrawing from earnings the above mentioned figures stand. However if you are withdrawing from commissions it will be a max amount of $50.00
We will open deposit today as well to welcome new members to URS.

Es gibt Neuigkeiten:
Wie konglomat schon erwähnt hat wurde URS beschissen. Deswegen war die letzten Tage das Einzahlen und Auszahlen deaktiviert (Auszahlen am Wochenende sowieso).
Die Leute wurden ausfindig gemacht und es wurde sich darum gekümmert. Es sollen jetzt neue Sicherheit Features implementiert werden um das zu verhindern das wird wohl bis zum 25.05 dauern bis dahin werden Auszahlungen nicht möglich sein da die restlichen auf Pending stehenden Auszahlung zuerst abgeschlossen werden müssen. Dies soll in den nächsten 24-48 Stunden geschehen.
Tom ist wohl schwer Krank geworden hatte laut Programmierer von URS einen Schlaganfall und liegt im Krankenhaus. Der Programmierer kümmert sich solange um URS.
Es gibt eine Änderung zu der kommenden Membership (Einführung 25.05.2016):
Es wird jetzt 3 verschiedene Memberships geben:
1) Silver: Kostet 10$ im Monat tägliche Auszahlung beträgt hier max. 60$ und man kann max. 300% seiner Einlagen Auszahlen.
2) Gold: Kostet 25$ im Monat tägliche Auszahlung beträgt max. 100$ und man kann max. 400% seiner Einlagen Auszahlen.
3) Diamond: Kostet 50$ im Monat tägliche Auszahlung beträgt 120$ und man kann max. 500% seiner Einlagen Auszahlen.
Das Auszahlungslimit wird dann nur noch durch frische Einzahlungen erhört.
Comissions haben ein Auszahlungslimit von 50$ egal welches Membership man besitzt.
