Da gabs mal einen Fehler siehe hier:

1. Ticket system:
Our ticket system is the main problem.
The reason many tickets were not answered, and sometimes some members remain without solution
of their problems is that we had some problems in our e-mail server.
This caused a huge blockage, and so completely locked our mail server.
So, many tickets have not yet been answered.
Finally, during the last 24 hours, with the support of our hosting provider, we can completely solve the problem.
In the coming hours, ALL support requests will be answered, and problems will be solved without exception.

der sollte aber seit 21. Oktober behoben sein, ich weiß ja nicht wann du dem Support geschrieben hast, aber ich würds an deiner stelle einfach nochmal machen.
