Whatever Profit we make Over n Above our Goal of 10%-15% goes into the Insurance Fund to Protect Members Capital.
Let's say we made:
12% in Tier 1 (2% Extra)
17% in Tier 2 (2% Extra)
(2+2) 4% Will be Kept seperate to build our INSURANCE FUND.
(Obviously a little less than 4% coz a Certain % will also be kept seperate for Admin Fee)
Situation 1:
If we don't reach our Goal of 10%-15% Weekly n end up getting 8% like in the Case of our 1st week of Trading. We can use the Insurance Fund to Inject into the Profits to give the Investors the Weekly 10%-15%.
Situation 2:
If in the Worst Case Scenario we Lose a % of our Capital.Let's say we Lose $30,000 out of our Capital of $100,000,we can Inject the Insurance Fund to Bring the Capital Back to Normal.
