Ich sag besser nichts mehr dazu, da alles was ich vermutet habe eingetreten ist.

Nahezu jeder ist davon betroffen, teilweise auch durch Mitglieder die meines Erachtens absolut in Ordnung mit Ihrer Familie/Freunde/Teams agiert haben.
Nur BOP WILL ein Problem erkannt haben, um einen Grund zu haben an Gelder zu kommen.
Aber vielleicht wird ja tatsächlich noch einiges neu kalkuliert ("nachkalkuliert").

Hätte BOP die "einfachsten" (was sogar mir als absoluter "Laie" auf diesem Gebiet, aber halt mit Hausverstand ausgestattet, bewusst wäre) Hausaufgaben gemacht (oder MACHEN WOLLEN ?!), dann wäre es nie soweit gekommen, weil es eben nicht möglich gewesen wäre.
und zwar:
1.) IM SYSTEM muss so ein relevanter "angeblicher" Fakt: 1 User = 1 Account = EINE IP-Adresse, ! DER EIN SPERREN NACH SICH ZIEHEN KANN ! eindeutig ersichtlich sein (nicht angeblich irgendwo in den Bedingungen), denn wenn man das sofort sieht, weiß man Bescheid. viele haben aus "Unwissenheit" gehandelt und verständlicherweise versucht die Familie/Freunde/Teams im binären Baum natürlich so anzulegen dass es "Sinn" macht. Wäre ja (umgekehrt) dämlich das nicht zu tun. und dass man zu Hause an einem PC arbeitet, ist ja wohl logisch. egal will mich darüber gar nicht mehr aufregen. SCHNAUB!
"Die Aussage dass Familienmitglieder "willkommen sind" ist ein HOHN, wenn man im selben Atemzug sagt, "aber den selben PC darf man nicht "hintereinander" nutzen" ?!?!? SCHWACHSINN!
in Abständen von 15 Minuten würde passen?! weil da nimmt man nicht an dass einer von der Familie den Account der anderen managed ?!?! UNLOGISCH !
Man will quasi dann "betrogen" werden, weil in Abständen ist's ok!
Ich höre besser auf, weil. Puhhh

2.) ID-Abfrage (bei ID Eingabe Hinweis ob diese schon vorhanden ist oder nicht bzw. dass eben die angegebene ID nicht verwendbar ist, weil im System schon vorhanden)

3.) Auszahlungen sowieso nur wenn Verifizierung inkl. ID vorhanden (eh kloar)

Es wäre also völlig einfach gewesen und man hätte (wenn überhaupt) nur minimalst Probleme mit den Mitlgiedern.
Aber NEIN, BOP war fahrlässig UND HAT SELBST BEI DER PROGRAMMUMSETZUNG MASSIVE (SICHERHEIZS)FEHLER (bewusst oder unbewusst ?!?!) begangen (oder absichtlich "eingebaut", also die Möglichkeit bewusst "offen" gelassen (?!) wie sie nun von (ich behaupte mehr als der Hälfte) den Mitgliedern im System genutzt wird) und lässt diesbezüglich nun die "BÖSEN INVESTIERENDEN" Mitglieder "büßen" und holt sich nun einfach investiertes Geld "NOCHMAL".

So, nun habe ich meinen Ärger doch nochmal ein bisschen "Luft" gemacht.

Dear all,

we are finished with 90% of revision we just need to review all one more time today. then withdrawals with Payeer will be available again. Pending withdrawals are being paid , withdrawal with Payza are available and internal transfers are open.

How did this calculation work :
First to detect suspicious accounts with more than 2 of those matching criteria and each criteria have a score as fraud.
- Same account informations (same first and last name, adress, date of birth) = 100 points
- Same phone number = 1 point
- Same withdrawal account = 20 points
- Same IP adress = 1 point
- Same encrypted password = 70 points
- Transfert between suspected account = 0 points
- Referral on suspected account = 60 points

then the addition of those points give a fraud score. and those rules were applied according to the score

1. Fraud score over 120 = all packs from that account not counted in the binary
2. Fraud score over or equal 100 = 25% of packs counted in the binary
3. Fraud score over or equal 75 = 50% of packs counted in the binary
4. Fraud score less than 75 = no effect on binary

The income for those accounts are recalculated this way :

1. fraud score over or equal 100 = binary income lost
2. fraud score over or equal 80 = 75% of binary income lost
3. fraud score over or equal 65 = 50% of binary income lost

No account was put in negative more than 30.000$

Please don't listen to those crying over a negative income wallet. nobody lost more than what they already withdraw (and in average its less than 5% of their total income) and they did create this situation by abusing system in order to make more money.
Also don't be fool to believe accounts sharing same IP, same password, being direct referral, sending internal transfert and using same withdrawal account several time a week are not the same people behind the accounts (and its revenues).

With the statistic of the last 6 month, the negative binaries won't take more than 30 days to come back on positif. just need hard work and trust

I apologize to the honest people who did not fraud but that binary was reviewed. we had to clean those accounts before launching Beontel. Also don't forget that binary is a team game and as team game you win together as you can loose together.
But again check you income wallet and your total income that you did already withdraw and you see its not dramatic comparing long term income. And plus negatif income is money you already withdraw.

Also, from today until the leaders meeting in July, I will follow and monitor the progression and work of networks having more connection and computer problems like in Africa. If i see hard and positif work, i will be open to discuss a negotiation for this situation.

We start now with clean, fast and innovating company. we did this for all of us.
I could had ban all frauds and not lower the effects on packs, binary, maximum negative account. But i did it as an investment into my strong network!
I don't think as a revenu for a new day but a revenu for a new life and you should all do the same
