also zumindest der support läuft einwandfrei.
hab gestern um 3 uhr ne email geschrieben.
mein plan ist zu ende und ich warte darauf,
dass mir die 1000 euro vom professional plan aufs konto gebucht
werden, damit ich einen neuen plan kaufen kann.
die antwort kam um 14 uhr

First of all we recommend you to read the Terms and Conditions of the company. The deposit amount is not automatically returned to the balance after the plan is expired, you need to manually cancel the plan if you want to return deposit. Check your Products > Expired tab.
